1. How long are shipping times?
We offer FREE SHIPPING with tracking on all orders! Your tracking information will be provided with your shipping notification email once the order is processed. For our handmade products, we process your orders within 5 business days and you will receive your item(s) in 12-31 days.
The recent COVID-19 outbreak has significantly disrupted global supply chains. Shipping and processing times may be longer than usual until further notice. 2. What's your refund policy?
We take pride in providing top-quality, handmade products that have been carefully inspected before shipment. In the rare case that the item is faulty or damaged during transit, please contact us within a week of receiving it so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and assessed your refund request. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded via the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If you ordered an item with sizing issues, please contact us for more information on how you can exchange the item in a different size.
3. Do you ship to my country and where do you ship from?
We offer international shipping to most countries. We ship from our studios in Hong Kong, Toronto, and Seoul, depending on your location and product availability.
4. Can you please provide an update on my order?
Please allow 5 business days for us to process your handmade products, and delivery usually takes 12-31 days depending on your location and shipping company. All available updates can be found via the tracking number in the shipping confirmation. If you require more detailed updates and ETA, please contact your local delivery company.
5. I haven't received any confirmation from you. How do I check the status of my order?
Order confirmations are automatically generated and emailed as soon as your order is successfully placed. If you don't receive an order confirmation immediately after ordering, or a shipping confirmation 5 business days after purchase, please check your spam folder first and then contact us with another email we can reach you at.
Tracking updates are provided in the shipping confirmations via tracking numbers. Please contact us if you haven't received your item or the status has not been updated 31 days after you receive your shipping confirmation.
6. How do I track my order?
All of our orders are tracked at no additional cost. Once the order is processed (usually within 5 business days of purchase), a tracking number will be sent to you via email. Simply click on the tracking number to see the status of your order. If you haven't received any tracking number after 5 business days of purchase, please check your spam folder first, and then contact us with another email we can reach you at.
7. What happens if I make a mistake when ordering?
If you make a mistake such as entering the wrong shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue before the item ships. Unfortunately, we do not take any responsibility for items shipped to the wrong address due to customer error. However, we will re-ship orders that have been returned to us if they are undeliverable to the correct address.
